Sling TV subscribers currently have access to a Showtime free preview allowing them to watch any of the Showtime linear channels as well as on-demand content from the network.

Every weekend for the past few weeks, Sling has been providing access to a different premium network as part of its ongoing Freeview Weekends promotion. Last weekend, for example, AMC Plus was free, and the weekend before that, Paramount Network was free.

This weekend it is the turn of Showtime. The Showtime free preview went live today (August 10) and will remain available through Monday (August 14). During this period, all Sling Blue, Sling Orange, and Sling Orange & Blue subscribers can watch as much Showtime as they want for free.

Subscribers don’t have to do anything to enable the free preview as it has already been automatically enabled for all users. Likewise, access will automatically be revoked at the end of the free period.

If preferring to watch live, the free preview not only unlocks access to the main Showtime live channel, but the other Showtime channels as well, including Showtime Extreme, Showtime Family, and Showtime Women.

If you would rather watch on demand, simply search for Showtime and look through the available content. Alternatively, search for a specific movie or series that would otherwise require the Showtime premium add-on to watch. For example, The Whale or Yellowjackets.
