Fubo has increased the price of its plans. The new higher prices are already in effect for subscribers signing up today and existing subscribers can expect their subscription price to increase beginning next month.

2023 was another busy year for price increases. Other than Philo, every one of the main live TV services increased in price during the year. In the case of Fubo, the price increase arrived in January 2023, taking the minimum cost of its live TV plans up to $74.99 a month.

Almost one year to the day later and Fubo has increased the price of its plans again. This time all plans have increased by $5 a month, taking the cost of the cheapest Pro plan up to $79.99 a month. The price increase took effect for new and returning subscribers today, January 10, 2024.

Here are the new prices subscribers pay if signing up to Fubo today:

  • Pro: $79.99/mo
  • Elite: $89.99/mo
  • Premier: $99.99/mo

Existing subscribers will also see the price of their plans increase by the same amount. Fubo has already begun emailing subscribers to let them know of the change, which is due to begin taking effect on Feb. 1, 2024.

As is typically the case with any price increase, the exact date an individual subscriber’s price will increase will depend on when their individual billing cycle ends after February 1st.

For those that signed up to the Ultimate plan while it was available, they too will see an additional $5 being added to the price of their plan, taking the minimum cost up to $104.99 a month.

In explaining the price increase, Fubo said the following:

Our mission is always to offer a leading package of premium sports, news, and entertainment content, plus innovative product features while providing you with the best value.

However, occasionally, our programming partners raise the prices they charge us. Unfortunately, we are forced to pass some of that increase on to you.”

In addition to increasing the price of its main packages, Fubo has also increased the price of its regional sports fee by $1.
