Fubo‘s Multiview feature is now available in beta on select Roku devices. Considering Fubo’s Multiview was previously only available on Apple TV players, this marks a major expansion in terms of general device support, and offers Roku users a new way to experience their existing live TV package.

For those with a supported Roku player, they now have the option of watching up to four live channels simultaneously on the same device. While similar to YouTube TV’s Multiview, a major difference with Fubo’s version is that it is fully customizable.

In other words, Roku device owners can now choose any four channels included with their Fubo live TV plan and watch them at the same time.

Multiview has been one of our most loved features and we’re thrilled to expand it to Roku users,” said Isaac Josephson, senior vice president, product management, Fubo. “With Multiview and a suite of product features that enable content discovery and personalization, Fubo’s goal is to ensure fans never miss a moment of their favorite content.”

While Fubo hasn’t confirmed exactly which Roku devices are supported, users can easily check for support by navigating to a program page and looking for the Multiview logo. Providing they do have access to the feature, they will be able to add additional live TV channels after opening an initial channel in Multiview mode, as demonstrated in the video below.

As for those devices that haven’t gained support today, Fubo has confirmed the plan is to extend the availability of Multiview support to additional Roku devices in the coming weeks.
