Paramount Plus costs $4.99 per month for the ad-supported plan. If wanting access to an ad-free streaming experience, the cost increases to $9.99 per month. However, there are additional ways to save on the cost including signing up to an annual plan, a student discount, and even the option to bundle Paramount Plus with Showtime.
When did Paramount Plus launch?
Paramount Plus officially launched on March 4, 2021. However, this was only for select countries including the United States. Since then, Paramount Plus has rolled out in other countries, including Australia in August of 2021 and the UK in June of 2022, and plans to continue expanding to new locations in the future.
Who owns Paramount Plus?
Paramount Plus was originally owned by ViacomCBS after Viacom and CBS merged. However, there have been some changes since then, with ViacomCBS having been rebranded as Paramount Global. Today, Paramount Plus is owned by Paramount Global.

Is Paramount Plus worth it?

For those with an existing live TV subscription, it may also be worth subscribing to Paramount Plus to gain access to even more on-demand content.
