Xfinity customers now have an extra reason to stay in on Sunday nights, as they can now watch MLS Sunday Night Soccer for free. Although an MLS Season Pass or Apple TV+ subscription is typically required to watch Sunday Night Soccer, these games are being made available to watch without a subscription.

The action begin this weekend, with this Sunday’s games available to watch for free. This includes Lionel Messi and Inter Miami CF taking on Orlando City SC, and LA Galaxy taking on LAFC.

Thanks to the decision by Comcast and Apple earlier this year to integrate MLS Season Pass directly into Xfinity’s channel guide, Xfinity users also won’t have to go searching for the free games. Instead, they will find Sunday’s matches available in the channel guide on Xfinity X1 and the Xfinity Stream app.

Since we kicked off our partnership with Apple and MLS earlier this year, we’ve seen a great response from customers. They’re enjoying MLS 360 and tuning in to the integrated match channels consistently week after week,” said Vito Forlenza, Vice President, Sports Entertainment, Comcast.

Xfinity customers can also locate the matches each week within the soccer hub on X1 and Stream.

Along with the option to watch the games in English, all Sunday Night Soccer matches on Xfinity will also be available in Spanish as well.

Adding Sunday Night Soccer for free introduces even more customers to all the excitement of the season and continues our commitment to deliver greater value at no additional cost,” said Forlenza.

As a reminder, all Sunday Night Soccer matches are also available to stream free for Apple TV+ subscribers, no MLS Season Pass required.
