Frndly TV has increased the price of its plans, resulting in the cheapest Basic package now costing $7.99 a month. In general, all of the company’s live TV packages have increased by $1 a month.
The increase in price appears to have gone live today, with the higher monthly rates now visible on the Frndly TV website for those signing up to the service for the first time.
As mentioned, Frndly TV offers other plans, Classic and Premium, and both of them offer an upgraded experience, including access to a DVR for recording.
Following the latest price increase, the cost of the Classic plan (with recordings kept for three months and the ability to stream on 2 devices at the same time) has increased to $9.99 a month (up from $8.99/month).
Likewise, the cost of the Premium plan (with recordings kept for nine months and the ability to stream on 4 devices at the same time) has increased to $11.99 a month (up from $10.99/month).
Unlike all other live TV streaming services, Frndly TV also offers annual plans, and these have also now increased in price as well.
The annual Basic plan now costs $83.88 a year (up from $69.99), the annual Classic plan now costs $95.88 a year (up from $89.99) and the Premium annual plan now costs $119.88 a year (up from $109.99).

Even at the newer prices, Frndly TV remains a considerably cheaper option than many other live TV streaming services. While the channel lineup is more limited as a result of the cheaper price, it may still prove varied enough for many homes.
