Xfinity has been running this program since the beginning of 2023, with most weeks offering access to content from different premium networks and services at no additional cost. Last week, for example, Xfinity customers could catch up on MGM+ content for free.

Beginning today and continuing through October 29, Xfinity TV and broadband customers can check out select Disney+ content at no additional cost. With Halloween just around the corner, this freebie now makes it possible to catch up on the first six episodes of the new Goosebumps reboot, with episode 7 due to drop on Disney+ on October 27th – just before the free preview comes to an end.

Other popular content available to watch during this free preview includes American Born Chinese, The Haunted Mansion, LEGO Star Wars Terrifying Tales, Ms. Marvel, Muppets Haunted Mansion, Peter & Wendy, Pinocchio, and Werewolf by Night.

For those unfamiliar with how Xfinity’s ‘Free this Week’ program works, residential Xfinity Internet, Xfinity TV and Xfinity Flex customers are eligible to access the free content and just need to say “Free This Week” into their voice remote. They should also be able to find this week’s free titles available to watch in the On Demand section.

As mentioned, the program initially kicked off at the very beginning of this year and, according to Comcast, will continue through what’s left of 2023, at a minimum.

For those wanting to unlock access to the full Disney+ library, and on more of a permanent basis, subscriptions cost $7.99 or $13.99 a month, depending on whether you want to watch with or without ads. It is also possible to access Disney+ through the Disney Bundle or through a Hulu Live TV subscription.
